  • Assistance with Community Access, Social and Recreational

    We support you to get out and about, connect with your community, and participate in social and recreational activities that matter to you. This support can help build confidence, relationships and independence.

    May include:

    Attending community events, appointments, hobbies and groups

    Social skill-building and confidence in public settings

    Support to access local facilities (libraries, gyms, community centres)

    Support while travelling in the community

  • Life Skills Development

    We deliver structured, goal-based supports to build your independence and everyday skills, with a strong focus on cooking, baking, meal planning, budgeting, shopping, kitchen safety and routines. Sessions are practical, supportive and tailored to your learning style.

    May include:

    Meal planning and shopping lists (including budgeting)

    Reading recipes, measuring, safe food handling and hygiene

    Using kitchen equipment safely and confidently

    Building routines for healthier, more independent living

  • Group Based Supports

    We run engaging group programs that build skills and social connection through shared activities. Groups focus on inclusion, confidence, communication and practical outcomes and suit participants who enjoy learning with others.

    Social skill-building and teamwork in a structured setting

  • Domestic Cleaning

    We provide practical, reliable help to keep your home clean, safe and comfortable. This support can assist you to maintain a healthy living environment and household routines.

    May include:

    General cleaning (bathroom, kitchen, floors, surfaces)

    Linen changes and basic household upkeep

    Support to learn and participate in cleaning tasks where this aligns with your goals

  • Yard and General Maintenance

    We assist with basic yard and property maintenance to help keep your home environment safe, accessible and well maintained, especially where disability impacts your ability to complete these tasks.

    May include:

    Lawn mowing and edging

    Weeding and basic garden tidy-up

    Rubbish removal (as agreed)

    Minor outdoor upkeep tasks that support home safety
