Transport Support through the NDIS helps participants get to where they need to go — safely, on time and with the right level of support. For many participants, reliable transport is what unlocks everything else: appointments, activities, work, social connection and independence.

Transport can be provided as a standalone support or as part of a broader community access or daily living shift. Our support workers are experienced, professional and friendly — the kind of person you're genuinely glad to see pull up.

We cover Greater Brisbane and South East Queensland, and we take punctuality seriously. When we say we'll be there, we mean it.

Medical Appointments

Hospital visits, GP appointments, specialist consultations and health-related travel.

We provide reliable, punctual transport to all types of medical appointments. This includes GP visits, specialist consultations, hospital appointments, allied health sessions such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology, dental appointments, mental health appointments and any other health-related travel.

Study & Work Travel

TAFE, school, work experience, volunteer placements and employment-related transport.

We support participants to get to and from study and employment commitments reliably. This includes transport to TAFE, school programs, work experience placements, volunteering, job interviews and regular employment. Consistent, reliable transport to study and work is critical for maintaining attendance and building independence.

Community Outings

Social events, recreational activities, community groups and everything in between.

We provide transport to community outings and social activities as part of a broader community access support. This may include going to the movies, sporting events, community groups, recreational activities, markets, social gatherings or any other community participation activity the participant wants to engage in.

Shopping & Errands

Grocery runs, retail shopping, pharmacy trips and everyday errands around the community.

We support participants to get to shops, markets, pharmacies and wherever everyday errands take them. This may be standalone transport or combined with shopping support where the worker assists the participant in store. We take pride in making shopping and errands feel simple and stress-free.

Family & Social Visits

Visiting family, friends and loved ones — keeping participants connected to the people who matter.

We support participants to maintain social connections by providing transport to visit family and friends. Staying connected to loved ones is essential for wellbeing, and we understand that for many participants, getting to see family isn't always straightforward without the right transport support.

Airport & Long Distance

Airport transfers and longer distance travel where standard transport isn't an option.

We can provide airport transfers and longer distance transport for participants who need to travel further afield. This includes early morning or late evening airport drop-offs and pick-ups, and transport for participants who need to travel to appointments or events outside their immediate area.

NDIS funding

Understanding the
Codes on Your Invoice

Transport support is funded from your Core Supports budget. Depending on how the transport is delivered, it may be claimed under Assistance with Daily Life, Assistance with Social & Community Participation, or as a separate Transport line item.

Some participants also have a specific Transport budget in their plan. We'll work with you and your support coordinator to make sure transport is claimed correctly.
